Morgan Ingram's email to Debuty J

Morgan Ingram sent one of the "fine" debuties of Carbondale (and I say this with sarcasm) an email identifying Keenan Vanginkel as the stalker, her stalker. I thought it was law enforcement's job to protect victims of such a crime. Tell me why you didn't do anything Debuty J?

Some Facts...

I see people saying on various forums "Where is Toni's proof?" and "Innocent until proven guilty". (Obviously they don't know who Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer, or OJ Simpson is)

I would love to know why there was such a poor investigation of this case. If there is a really a member of law enforcement related to Keenan, why was this member not questioned? Why did Toni have to post this on her blog?

Also, what about the questions that many would like to know..

-Why NO rape kit on a stalking victim?
-Why after reporting the stalking case many times, the cops did nothing? When someone is being stalked, you stay at their house and wait for the stalker. Why did they leave?
-Why did the pathologist say the cause of death was natural and then change it to suicide?
-Why did the amitriptyline levels change from "insignificant" to "significant"?
-What happened to her pajamas?
-What happened to her jewelry?
-Why did none of the cops/sheriff question or interview any of Morgan's friends?
-Why did Keenan's uncle get interviewed, yet he was seen by 2 other employees walking out of the grocery store while still clocked on?
-Why did they not interview the cash for gold place that claimed Keenan as a customer?
-Why did a friend of Keenan's say Keenan was in Texas and then the next day he was in Carbondale talking to police? Obviously the alibi was staged.
-Why did Keenan not attend the Dr. Phil show? If you are being guilty of murder, wouldn't you want to go on there to prove your innocence?

The case was closed because the investigation was poor yes but, it is obvious the Carbondale police/sheriff did not have the financial resources to keep it open. There is no price on a life.

To many red flags, too many holes. I say murder. I also believe she was raped before she was murdered hence why she was in street clothes the next morning.
